Our in-house team will help you choose the correct textiles, colours and silhouettes for your products. They will also oversee every stage of the production process to transform your designs into wearable garments so that you don't have to worry about the technical aspects.

We'll use our progressive IT systems and intelligent technology to ensure high quality finish, from cutting and sewing to packaging and transportation.

Cutting

In our custom-built factory, we use a high-performance cutting room, Lectra, to increase production capacity and avoid any errors in mass production. The fully digitised process allows us to ensure precision when cutting multiple piles of fabric to produce high-quality, competitively priced cuts and meet tight production deadlines.

At Kirpte, we are capable of producing 50,000 pieces of garment per month.

Sublimation and Embroidery

Create your unique sportswear pieces using our sublimation services. We can add custom branding, numbers, logos, mottos and other graphics to teamwear kits, or you can trust our expert team to adjust existing ones. We'll use the multi-capable Monti Antonio heat pressing machine and other smart in-house technologies to transfer any design you like onto your activewear or accessories.

The sublimation process used at our factory ensures complete penetration of inks on lycra, cotton, stretch or mixed-fibre fabrics for a long-lasting effect. Whatever the layout, style or colour, we guarantee a clear and uniform end result.

No-sew Bonding

Improve your sportswear appearance and performance with our innovative sew-free seaming technology. We use our state-of-the-art Macpi Carousel heat press for bonding execution, including tape laydown, assembling, seam sealing and fold over to make garments waterproof, durable and lightweight.

Sewing

With 100+ high-speed and high-performance industrial sewing machines, you can trust our team to produce the finest-quality garments. In our manufacturing workroom, we have all the necessary industry-leading equipment, including Yamato and Pegasus, to keep pace with the demanding sportswear manufacturing market.
