Once we’ve established your requirements, our experienced team will help you choose the most suitable and sustainable textiles produced by our trusted suppliers across Europe. We believe in conscious collaboration with like-minded businesses and therefore source all our materials closer to home.

Football jerseys, basketball shorts, complete teamwear kits, athleisure, body-responsive fitness gear and more can be crafted to order from textiles of your choice. Our reliable partners operate NOS (Never Out of Stock) programmes so you don’t have to worry about materials being unavailable.

More importantly, we employ the Safety Stock formula in our warehouse to ensure the availability of materials for garment production at all times. In other words, we are always prepared to fulfill orders, even if the demand spikes unexpectedly.

We believe that now is the best time to do what we can to build a brighter and better future for our customers, families, community and the planet. As a sustainability-conscious European sportswear manufacturer, our factory runs on 100% renewable energy. We use solar panels, installed on our manufacturing facility roof, to generate our own electricity.

Our passion for efficiency ensures that our factory runs smoothly and minimises our overall carbon footprint. Any materials that can be recycled are collected and handled properly by the dedicated waste management systems available.

Where we can, we use eco-friendly machinery to reduce production waste and ensure as low-impact on the environment as possible.

Being socially responsible

Our people-first philosophy doesn’t just extend to our existing employees. While we employ 200 workers, we are proud to be involved in employment support programmes in our hometown, Alytus. For several years in a row now, we have been successfully involved in the government-subsidised skills and employment scheme. The initiative helps reduce unemployment levels in less developed regions of Lithuania by creating new job opportunities for locals looking to retrain or gain further qualifications.

A safe and secure environment is at the core of everything we do at Kirpte. The physical and emotional well-being of our team is important to us and that's why our facilities and working conditions meet the highest European safety standards.

Our workrooms and rest areas are spacious, ergonomic, well lit and air-conditioned. But whenever we can, we like to get outside and get moving, whether it’s canoeing or any other physical activity, to help us keep fit and healthy.
